Each photographer will have a  personal photographic art session with model.

30 minutes limit per photographer to photograph fine art images.

 In this one day workshop, you’ll have a chance to explore photography and the natural world with award winning and internationally published master art photographer Francis A Willey.

Francis is a respected artist with a great ability to inspire and reinvigorate photographers and artists worldwide. His focus is on an intuitive, emotional response to the portrait, in a new romantic way paired with plenty of insight, instruction and guidance will make this workshop a rare treat in Alberta.

You’ll learn to respond to the landscape around you with the female form and to capture the essence of seeing as you work with a live model to translate your vision into successful fine art figure study imagery.

This workshop is a chance to transcend technical concerns and focus on the art and craft of fine image-making. Visual exercises paired with a dialogue with a refined artist in the field will help you to look at the world around you with fresh eyes and a new perspective.

All photographers are welcome in this workshop
 Novice beginners to photography, Students aspiring to develop a new confidence
 should have a good basic working knowledge of their cameras
 and should be prepared to explore new methods in art photography.


Those who attend should bring cameras and may shoot with film or digital.
